We have been dealing with some serious fussiness over at the Kraker house in the evenings for the past two weeks or so. Whatever you did for Rogue didn't help. So while I was shopping at Target I picked up THIS book to see if it could give me any pointers since I was completely clueless on how to calm my baby. The book has actually helped me out a lot. It talks about how to re-create the womb to get the baby to feel more at home. We don't have to do all the steps to get her to quiet down but she sure loves to be swaddled when she gets really upset. This is her taking a snooze after we walked around the couch for a few minutes.

Room with a view
This is what Bryan and I have been waking up to each morning this week. Sometimes we even get some deer passing through. I'm really ready for some warm weather and a color other than white, but it sure is beautiful in the winter (sometimes).

Baptized
Sunday was Rogue's baptism with her two cousins, Emma and Kenley. It was a very special day for us. Thankfully all the girls behaved. About 2 seconds after Bryan and I sat down Rogue decided to have a little "blow out". I'm just glad she didn't do it while the pastor was holding her! Sorry I don't have better pictures but no one has sent them to me, we got these pictures of the girls afterwards.

cuteness
Thanks Aunt Amber for the cute onesie, now I don't have to explain when my daughter is wearing camo.

Wrapping
Yesterday I picked up this little number from Emily over at the Sling Shack. It really helped yesterday afternoon when I needed to get things done and also when she was fussy late last night. I just have to get used to being a little bit wider. I think I bumped her head on a couple of things...oops! We also had Rogue's 4 week appointment yesterday and I'm happy to report that she is growing like a weed! She weighed 9lbs 12oz and her length was 21 1/4 inches, both in the 75th percentile. Also you can check out Rogue and Jace's newborn pics over at Marc Photography I love how they turned out!
